Rob Askew (co-chair)
Rob has been involved with FMY since its inception and currently works for a national charity which supports the family ties of prisoners. He has been married to Lynden for 33 years with 5 grown up children and 2 grandchildren. He also works as a volunteer in the FMY Couples in Crisis programme.

Chris Culwick (co-chair)
Chris joined the FMY trustees in 2002 and has since that time worked for York Workplace Chaplaincy which brings him into contact with people in a range of work situations from York College to York City Football Club. He has been married for over 30 years and has 2 sons.
Jill Ross
Jill and her husband Tom became involved with FMY as Marriage Mentors. They have 2 grown up children. Jill works within the NHS as a Specialist Smoking Adviser, nurse mentor and counsellor. Jill and Tom also work as volunteers on our Couples in Crisis Programme.
Jo Bloss
Jo has been involved with FMY as a trustee since 2005 having worked for 15 years as a family lawyer in relationship breakdown. Jo currently works as a solicitor specialising in children cases and also for York Family Mediation Service. She is married to Harry and has teenage sons.
